I believe that when we get touch with what truly matters to each of us personally, life becomes richer, deeper, and more fulfilling. This belief comes from my own journey – today, I’m passionate about helping others create meaning in their work lives.

As an experienced corporate executive, entrepreneur, and former CEO of Vertex Inc., I spent over three decades helping grow my family’s company into a global leader while fostering a values-based, people-centered culture. My experiences at Vertex, combined with my life at home and role in my community, fueled my own passion and shaped my understanding that true fulfillment comes not from external success, but from aligning work with personal meaning.

Now, in the post-corporate chapter of my life, I’m dedicating most of my time to my ventures MeaningSphere™ and Mosaic™, which in part support individuals creating meaningful paths for growth. Through my writing and ongoing work, including my new book “A Worklife Worth Living,” I hope to continue to help others navigate their own path toward a more meaningful life.
